This is a very nutritious honey collected twice a year. It is a food of great importance for the human body as it is rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s a honey made from the finest plants of the Greek world. Its taste is bitter-sweet, the color is brown while the texture is naturally crystallized, a physical property of this variety of honey which can be altered to liquid form by setting the vase in hot water (up to 45 deg C or 110 deg F). Prefer it in teas, in combination with other foods or even on its own to enjoy its intense taste and rich and characteristic aroma every time.
