Tuluba is a traditional Greek dessert, crunchy outside, and soft inside. Once the dough is ready, it is cut into the characteristic cylindrical shape and placed in the pan, at a high temperature. Once fried, it doubles in size making fluffy rolls that can soak up the syrup but remain crispy and golden on the outside.
