Greek fir honey has a mildly sweet taste with hints of caramel and an aroma reminiscent of forest and flowers. It has an intense honey color, while it is particularly viscous. Due to its low natural sugar content, it does not crystallize easily. It is rich in trace elements and contains vitamins in very small amounts
