In Greece, spring rose petals were preserved in syrup to be enjoyed all year round. Known as spoon sweets, we still serve them with a teaspoon on a small plate, along with a glass of water. A wonderful garnish for yogurt, rich in rose. Give a special touch to the way you enjoy your yogurt. It can also be used as a topping for cakes and ice cream.
