Pasteli is a traditional Greek sweet based on sesame and honey, known since ancient times. The basic recipe for pasteli consists of first boiling the honey and then mixing it with the sesame seeds, stirring well so that the two ingredients bind well together. Then the mixture is shaped and, when it cools down, it is cut into pieces.
The high content of vitamins and minerals, combined with the digestible nature of the product offer the consumer a nutritional snack for every occasion.
